Greater Indianapolis Real Estate Stats Jan 1 to Aug 1!

Whoops, I completely spaced writing the greater indianapolis real estate stats Jan 1 to Aug 1… These stats are taken for the Mibor BLC / MLS as a whole, and not seperated into different areas(greenwood, fishers, carmel, etc). So here they are!!!

Things are looking a bit up.. The average sale price is up, the average number of homes sold is up, and the days on market is up(Whoops, that’s bad! hehe)! The number of homes on the market has pretty much flattened out.. We dont have a whole lot more houses on the market this month compared to last mont.. July was a pretty good month for us! Unfortunately, we are still down for the year. Here’s looking at you, August!!!
