My name is Lee Smith, I am a Real Estate Consultant in Indianapolis, IN. Real Estate is one of my major interests. I have been flipping houses for over 15 years. I live, breathe, and invest in real estate(my wife and son too). I help people with buying homes to live in, and or to invest in. In a previous life, I was a major technical problem solver( aka : Computer Geek) for two major corporations. I would fly all over the country, get dropped in to offices that had a major technical issue, or need, and would be charged with finding the best solution, and implementing it. Technology is also a passion of mine.

I am 38 years old, and have a wife and toddler son. They put up with me, and that says quite a bit.  I was born in Saginaw, Michigan, but pretty much raised in the area of Geist Reservoir. I was there back when the water company still owned everything. My dog used to sleep in the potholes in the middle of the road. Now adays he wouldn’t be able to make it to the pothole.. hehe

I am hoping to spread news and views of the Indianapolis, and surrounding areas real estate world.
